If someone requests a same-day booking and I’m not busy I’ll still purposely wait a couple of hours before I put it through just so that they sweat and then think twice about doing it last-minute again.
I could have been busy, you don’t know.
Only if they seem casual about it. If they sound worried and sorry already then I’ll do it right away because otherwise that’s just mean.
